Simply “Drop In” Yoga Classes

I teach classes suitable for all levels as there are good alignment cues and you are always encouraged to work at a pace that suits you.

Some days we need more rest than other so join in when you wish and rest when you need to. Expect to leave feeling strengthened and stretched as well as calm and energised


 I use essential oils in each class and you’re always invited to try some for yourself. Essential oils add another layer to the yoga practice in supporting our body’s capacity to heal from supporting joint health, boosting immunity, promoting rest and assisting the respiratory system with good breathing.

Each class incorporates a different oils to reinforce the theme.


Everything is provided in terms of mats, bolsters, bricks and straps so just bring yourself along.
