A fun dynamic sequence where you will boost your energy levels, build strength and stamina as well as practising balance and enhancing your flexibility. A great class if you have a desk job as you ease out your shoulders, hips and back. Learn how to alleviate stress and anxiety as you synchronise movement with breath. These classes are in Shirley near Southampton Common. You will receive joining instructions upon booking.
