In this winter solstice ceremony there will be poetry, sharing circle, journalling, yin yoga and cacao as we celebrate moving back into the light. Taking time out for some quiet reflection around how we may block ourselves from accessing our inner light. Our ancestors celebrated the return of the light at winter solstice after the depth and death of winter. Traditionally a Norse solstice festival yul is a celebration of the return of the light after the longest night of the year that overlapped with the Christian tradition of Christmas. There were many feasts as the returning of light was a reason to celebrate meaning stores of food could be used. Come and celebrate in community. Spaces are limited to 6 so book now to secure your space.
