This practice is all about helping you deeply relax and let go of tension you may be holding in your body We inevitably tighten with age so practising yin yoga helps us to create space in the body by working with the deep connective tissue called fascia. We hold the poses for a few minutes as we practise meditation. We use bolsters, cushions, blankets, sandbags and blocks to prop yourself into the pose without having to exert any effort. This is an ideal practice to do in the evening as it prepares you for a rejuvenating and deeply refreshing sleep as well as easing the mind releasing mental tension and stress. If you come regularly at the same time slot by booking in advance you can get to know members of your local community and every four weeks you are invited to stay for tea and biscuits after class to get to know some new friends ❤️.
You can cancel a session and have a credit to your account anytime within 12 hours of the start of class.
