Moon Yoga in the Cemetery

Full moon yoga in Shirley.png.png

“And like the moon we must go through phases of emptiness to feel whole again”

We live in an age of speed  but this is not the way we are meant to live in accordance with the rhythms of the moon and nature. We are not machines and, despite being told that we can write a book in 14 days or change your life in a month,  nature invites us to be slow and patient trusting that things unfold as they are meant to be following the cycles of death, rebirth and transformation = just as the seasons and the moon cycles do. When we live our life in this way we are more likely to accost things as they are and find more balance and harmony in our inner and external world.

Once a fortnight in alignment with the full and new moons join me for a beautifully themed moon class. Evenings (dates vary)  at the super cool Design Chapel in Southampton Cemetery  for  yoga and a guided moon journey. These are currently scheduled up until December 2025 with a break over the summer holidays.

Alternatively on Tuesday afternoons at my home studio come along for  a dreamy yin yoga practice with journalling prompts helping you gain fresh insights as you drop out of the busy mind and into the body.

Keep an open mind - you can approach astrology as a believer or simply be curious around the themes and explore them and how they might show up in your life, your relationships with others and in the world at large around you.

The full moon represents the peak of energy and illumination. It’s a time for celebration, reflection, and releasing what no longer serves you.
