Combining two yoga practices with sound healing, movement medicine, journalling, sharing circle, guided meditations and cacao come and celebrate your light and the light of others at our sister circle ceremony for the summer solstice. When we celebrate the ancient festivals of the year, it brings us back to our natural rhythms, as we step off the busy treadmill of our lives. The summer solstice, also known as Litha, is the longest day of the year, when the Sun is at the highest point of the sky. Tapping into this energy of heat, warmth and expansion is a powerful time to celebrate our achievements, and we ignite our in a fire and magic. Truly, a time to celebrate being alive, and allow ourselves to shine. In this ceremony we will use the energy of the summer solstice and the Capricorn full moon to reignite your inner spark and step into the light. We will look at which areas of our life we wish to reignite or transform with the fiery energy of Litha. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
