My pregnancy classes encourage you to really think about how your body likes to move and there’s time to practise and think about poses to help you birth your baby as well as alleviating the day to day aches and pains of pregnancy from calf cramps, digestive issues to back or hip pain.
Suitable for beginners to those with an established practice this class helps develop strength and flexibility through a flowing movement of postures leading to a really deep relaxation at the end.
You will leave feeling deeply energised and refreshed for the rest of the day.

A woman’s only vinyasa flow class matching movement to breath practising mindfulness techniques. This class may cover specific women’s issues but is also suitable for women who may not wish to attend a unisex class.

A gentle flow class incorporating mindfulness techniques with restorative postures supported by bolsters to help you deeply relax and unwind. Suitable for those with more limited mobility, working with injury or simply wish to work at a slower pace.

After an initial one to one session I can visit you at home and tailor a yoga home practice for you using essential oils for emotional and physical support.
A slower sequenced class initially flow yoga to increase circulation and move energy around the body followed by a slow yin practice where poses are held for several minutes and we practise mindfulness meditation.
