There's a real magic and potency in coming away on a yoga retreat as you  focus on you. Everything is taken care of - no food to prepare, people to look after or to do lists to tick off - all you have to do is show up  and immerse yourself as you create space for deep rest and  an opportunity for  transformation as you step away from all that is familiar.

 

Relax your mind, rejuvenate your body, replenish your energy and reset your life as we combine healing practices from the ancient wisdom traditions of yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) , mindfulness, tai chi, energy medicine and shamanism with modern day neuroscience, polyvagal theory  and NLP techniques this retreat will give you the luxury of time and space to create a new vision of how you'd like to move forward into the Spring and plants seeds of new intention.

 

On this retreat you will find connection, new friends, lots of laughing, beautiful poetry and healing. Healing doesn’t mean “get better” it has its origins in the old English word haelen which means “wholeness” or “being whole, sound and well.

 

By the end of this retreat you’ll be relaxed, replenished  and rejuvenated.

 

This retreat is open to all whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years.

 

Dating back to the early 18th Century and steeped in History Rugby School is a sweet sanctuary offering a rare combination of heritage and beautifully maintained grounds in elegant, yet understated surroundings. Located in Warwickshire in the Heart of England, the Schools is just 50 minutes from central London via rail and near to the M1, M6 and M40 motorway links. Birmingham International and East Midland airports are all in close proximity.

A yoga retreat is way more than yoga it’s a kind alchemy that takes place. In the stepping away from your life for a few days by removing the consent stimulation from the familiar external environment real shifts can take place. Without the familiar pulls a vision of a different future can emerge.

 

Thank you Sarah!! And thank you everyone. I'm feeling really filled up with joy and peace having spent the weekend with you all. My word this morning was "fullness". I've never laughed so much on a yoga retreat!

In the afternoons there is time for you to go on an a  hike, swim in the pool or chill out with your friends.

'Yoga with Sarah are my absolute favorite yoga classes, and a four day yoga retreat is even better. She is such a thoughtful, caring and skillful teacher and makes everyone feel welcome with her unique combination of knowledge and humour. The yoga classes are both restorative and energising and the writing sessions, good food and beautiful surroundings all create such a memorable experience. I cannot recommend this retreat enough.'
