Service Description

This class is a balance of yin and yang. The first part of the class is a slow vinyasa class which strengthens our body and bones followed by some yin poses which a Allow you to deeply relax and let go of tension. We inevitably tighten with age so practising yin yoga helps us to create space in the body by working with the deep connective tissue called fascia. We hold the poses for a few minutes as we practise meditation. We use pillows, bolsters, cushions, blankets, and blocks to prop yourself into the pose without having to exert any effort.
