 Anaïs Nin Despite living in a world of Amazon Prime with next day delivery real change takes time and this six month transformational immersion is for women who are ready to return to the truth of who they are — beyond conditioning, beyond limitations, beyond the roles they’ve been taught to play. This is for you if you know, deep in your bones, that something more is possible. As you undertake this transformational programme you will be held in a sacred container of sisterhood with five other women ready to rise and support you. Each session will align with the lunar and seasonal energetics of each month whilst anchored in grounded, practical tools — this is a journey into remembering. Remembering your voice. Your power. Your dreams. Your wildness. Your knowing. Each month will consist of One three hour movement and workshop session - Saturday afternoon Beginning with a 30 minutes gentle yoga session 2 hour practical workshop with exercises, practical assignments Ending with.a 30 minute restorative yoga session One yin yoga practice with journalling - Wednesday evening This session will help you reinforce your personal intentions and goals using the seasonal and lunar energetics as a theme. You will also be mentored via email between sessions supporting you with your assignments on specific areas that you are working on personally. ​ You will receive a practical workbook for each month of the course, daily journalling prompts and a weekly recorded meditation practice to commit to along with monthly soul assignments to anchor your transformation into daily life. ​ This is a deeply experiential path along with practical work to do. ​​ It’s for the woman who is ready to stop playing small.
